Repositioning the atlas is not a trivial act, which is why you will receive additional sound codes to support and accompany this beautiful process. These sound codes will act on your axis (second cervical vertebra), all your cervical vertebrae, your entire spine, your sacrum, your coccyx... There are specific sound codes that will reharmonize your energies, and others that will facilitate your grounding... This is therefore a very comprehensive treatment that you will experience in three
sessions.

To support and accompany the repositioning of the atlas and consequently the physiological and psycho-emotional changes that result, it is recommended to practice 21 minutes of unsupported meditation (sitting with eyes closed and breathing slowly and deeply) during the integration period between the second and third sessions (21 days) and after the third Atlas Balancing session as well.
Practices such as tai chi, yoga, qi gong, Pilates, walking, or swimming can also be beneficial.

Everything is vibration, including matter. The frequencies of the sound codes have a very profound impact on all levels of our being. Sound codes are an ancient sacred science. Many Earth-guardian peoples use them to heal or induce certain altered states of consciousness (Native American chants, mantras...). The sound codes used in the Atlas Balancing sessions are primarily vowels sung in a very precise manner with a specific intention. They are the result of personal experiences lived over many years around the world and extensive research in consciousness exploration for over ten years. The sound codes used in the Atlas Balancing sessions act positively. Their impact on our physical, energetic, and emotional system provides a global harmonization of the being and sustainably improves the quality of life.
This treatment is also suitable for children, regardless of their age. However, it is not recommended for pregnant women. I recorded the sound codes outdoors to be more connected to the energies of nature; on some sound codes, you can slightly hear the sound of the wind. Thank you for your understanding.
The atlas is the most important bone in our body because it supports our entire skeleton. It is located under the skull and is the first of the cervical vertebrae. This bone is misaligned from left to right, with the left side being more forward and the right side more backward for all humans since birth. It is misaligned by 8°. It is also misaligned from top to bottom.
The sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems pass through the atlas. It is connected to each of our organs. Since the atlas is misaligned, its ramifications can be pinched or trapped. This can generate vision, hearing, and digestion problems, balance issues, unexplained fears or anxieties, and many other disorders that can result from a misaligned atlas.
The endocrine system passes through the atlas. The pineal gland, located at the center of the brain, sends information to the six other endocrine glands. We have seven endocrine glands and seven main energy centers that are intimately linked. When energy does not flow well, neither does the information, and vice versa. Realigning this bone will allow you to release many physical, energetic, and emotional blockages. This treatment will have short-term, medium-term, and longterm effects. It will optimize your self-healing power by acting on and boosting your immune system as well.
There are other techniques to reposition the atlas mechanically or by using a device that emits a mechanical vibration. The Atlas Balancing method is based on a sound, sacred, vibrational, and ancestral technology that Aymeric Blanc has named sound codes. These are sacred vowels sung very precisely with a particular intention, informing the physical body and the energetic system of our body about the true positioning of the atlas.
It is possible to test the misalignment of the atlas. Before the treatment, while seated on a chair, ask another person to position themselves behind you and place a finger on each side of the hollow beneath your ear. This is not where the atlas is located, but it is where you can feel the misalignment between the skull and the atlas. You will primarily notice the height difference between the left and right sides, as the left/right misalignment is less perceptible. By performing this same test after the treatment, you will notice that there is no longer any difference between the two sides. It will be, as if by magic, straight, aligned, and perfectly balanced!
You can also perform a head rotation test. Before the treatment, turn your head to one side and then the other, taking note of your range of motion. At the end of the treatment, repeat this test, and you will see that your rotation range has increased. Then, lower your chin towards your chest and take note of how far you can go. After the treatment, you will be able to go further. Finally, gently tilt your head backward. Before the treatment, this may feel uncomfortable and insecure, but after the treatment, this position will feel more pleasant, comfortable, and natural.
Make sure you are not disturbed during your session. Center yourself with conscious, slow, and regular breathing. It is preferable to listen to the sound codes with headphones or earphones. Read the entire content of the application carefully, as each sentence has its purpose.

Drink much more water than usual for three days after each session to eliminate the physical and energetic toxins that may be released following the treatment. You may experience muscle soreness for two to three days after the treatment, and old pains may resurface for two to three weeks after the sessions.
This is normal and part of the process; your body will reharmonize according to the new alignment. The treatment may also "shake you up" emotionally. To illustrate, it’s like popping a champagne cork, causing the bubbles to rise. In our case, the bubbles represent a variety of buried emotions that we haven’t been able or willing to address. The repositioning of the atlas through sound codes willthus allow you to release negative energies that have often been buried for a long time.

This session should preferably be listened to 21 days after the previous one. However, it is possible to listen to it at least 48 hours after the penultimate session if you feel that you have integrated the latter. It contains sound codes that act on both the energetic and physical levels. It optimizes and supports the process of atlas realignment.
