About Harmonic Therapy

Who am I?

A life journey... between expansion and internalization

My name is Aymeric Blanc, I was born in 1982. From a very young age, I have always placed great importance on the body and its well-being.
As a child, my overflowing energy was unleashed in nature, thru the numerous explorations it allowed me. I was fortunate to grow up close to very diverse and preserved environments in sometimes wild natural settings, my parents working in tourism around the world.
In parallel with a multilingual school education, my upbringing was enriched by various sports practices that this privileged living environment offered me: Diving, horseback riding, archery, trapeze, various martial arts including judo, jujitsu, karate, aikido, taekwondo as well as qi gong and kung fu (and its philosophy) with a Shaolin monk, Dom Kew Tan, whom I had the privilege of being around for 10 years and who was an unparalleled master for me; but also swimming, freediving, bodyboarding, water skiing, team sports, tennis, table tennis, golf.
All these activities intensely punctuated my youth, and my commitment to some of them earned me a considerable level of skill.
In conjunction with all these sports that allowed me to find a certain overall balance, my life journey has been enriched since a very young age with introspective practices.
It is thanks to the teaching of an exceptional woman, Michelle Laraise (sophrologist, Yoga teacher, and author of books on personal development), that I was introduced periodically from the age of 6 to 18 to keys of inner life that she transmitted to me thru sophrology, meditative practices, positive creative visualizations, conscious breathing techniques, and later, Yoga classes.
Quite naturally, I continued and deepened many of these practices in adulthood, and my "zen" experiences brought me as much benefit as my "dynamic" experiences. They have all contributed to the acquisition of a sensitive quality of self-presence.

A professional commitment focused on humanity

Rich with all these learnings, my professional orientation was initially focused on sports, then on well-being related to alternative care practices.
Graduated with a sports educator certificate "Physical Activities for All" (BPJEPS APT, Creps of Montpellier), I first worked as a sports facilitator until I was 22 years old.
Then I turned to massage therapy by training in Ayurvedic massage in Dharamsala, India, but also in traditional Nuad Boran massage in Thailand in Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai at the Sunshine
Network School. I worked as a massage therapist for 8 months in Australia at an Aveda holistic spa, then on my own, less intensively and integrated with my other care activities, for about ten years after my return to France in 2007.
At the same time, I completed a naturopathy training with the CNFDI (certification in 2008), driven by the desire to improve my skills in supporting others.
Lithotherapy (the use of minerals to improve well-being) came my way at the age of 18 during a training internship with Reynald Georges Boschiero, a world-renowned mineralogist, but to be honest, it was actually my childhood fascination with crystals and minerals that gradually equipped me with skills in this field.

From intuitive music to sound therapy

More specifically, since the early 2000s, I have been interested in the power of sound on the living world. It is thru my numerous experiences in contact with peoples on all continents that this passion was born. Indeed, I traveled and lived in about thirty countries, including 17 from my birth until I was 18 with my parents. This allowed me to immerse myself in many cultures, where I witnessed ancestral ceremonies that all had in common the use of sound for healing purposes (sacred songs and traditional musical instruments). I was subsequently initiated into various sound practices, notably the didgeridoo in Australia (Aboriginal wind instrument) by Milkay from the Yotu Yindi group, sacred syllables (mantras) in the Himalayas, diphonic singing by two extraordinary Mongolian men, and also traditional Shipibo singing by a shaman initiated into this Latin American culture. All these experiments led me to an understanding of the powerful effect
that sound has on the human body and its various systems (physical, psychic, emotional,
energetic...). It was quite naturally that I embarked on a self-taught research and practice, thru multiple instruments from all corners of the world: Asian gongs, tingsha bells, Tibetan bowls, Japanese bowls, crystal bowls, crystal harp, crystal tuning fork, didgeridoos, Native American flutes, harmonic flutes, Native American shamanic drums, ocean drum, shamanic rattles, chimes, handpans, etc...
I even pushed my quest for creating specific sound vibrations by initiating the making of a crystal didgeridoo and alchemized crystal bowls (that is, covered with a layer of minerals such as rose quartz, purple sapphire, or gold...) with a musical instrument maker. All my instruments are tuned to the frequency of A at 432Hz (natural frequency, harmonized with that of the Earth).
After offering individual or group sound bath sessions as well as holistic concerts, I created my own sound therapy method in 2009, for which I also provide original training.

Why Atlas Balancing and sound codes?

A constant empirical and intuitive search

Always in this quest to perfect my art and in connection with my meditative practices, it was by exploring deep states of altered consciousness with sounds, during long immersive periods, that I developed the Atlas Balancing© sound method in 2009, then over a period of 10 years, other specific sessions using the power of sacred sounds, which I named "Sound Codes©".
Before the creation of these sound codes, the feedback I received on my coaching sessions was always positive, but there was a lack of permanence, meaning that often, people would come back to me with more or less the same issues even tho they had experienced a temporary benefit in their state of being.
Driven by the desire to be more efficient in achieving lasting and evolutionary effects, but also strengthened by my acquired knowledge, awareness gained thru my encounters, experiments, and personal research, I had the intuition to delve deeper into the vibratory impact of the specific sequence of certain combinations of vowels and sacred syllables sung on my own bodily system.
That's how the "Sound Codes©" were born.

Between spirituality and science

However, I do not claim to have invented a new concept, in the sense that all traditions use sacred chants for healing purposes.
I initially relied on Vedic sciences, derived from the sacred knowledge of ancient India, and deep meditation allowed me to access an informational field that could be described as "quantum," outside of space and time, similar to an immense universal database, to which we can all connect.
Nowadays, some researchers in quantum physics are able to bridge the gap between science and
ancestral knowledge with an inevitable dimension of "reliance on the sacred." This allows us to explain beyond beliefs, the existence of phenomena known by the first peoples. This also allows for a fresh perspective on what intuition is, and why or how great thinkers or scientists have had brilliant ideas! It is thus that during my explorations, the realignment of the atlas vertebra, the keystone of good physiological balance, appeared to me as essential in the support work I offer, namely, restoring alignment in all dimensions of being.
According to some spiritual traditions, it is also in the region of the atlas and the base of the skull that vital force enters the body. The practice of spinal manipulation to relieve health problems has existed for a long time. We find traces of it in ancient Chinese and Egyptian cultures and even with Hippocrates, the famous Greek physician.
Thus, the Atlas Balancing© method and its Sound Codes© aims to allow everyone to regain a more harmonious state of being by rebalancing the unstable and delicate area of the atlas, as well as other points in the body. It also offers a complementary global energy reharmonization.
